Body Made Well Portion Meal Plan
B.M.W fitness meal plan is a lifestyle change not a diet. Each meal consists of a total of 400 calories each. It includes four important components that make up a healthy meal: Protein, Fiber, Fats, Fruits/Vegetables.
It’s important to get a good balance of nutrients; meals could be boring if they all had to have exactly the same proportion of meat to grain to fruits and vegetables. When planning your lunch and dinner, simply remember your portion size.
